ome bicycle road running tips

by ge21feng 26 Aug 2024
Cycling road running, as an activity that combines fitness and travel, does require some skills to ensure safety, comfort and efficiency. Here are some bicycle road running tips: 1. safety preparation Check equipment: Check whether the bicycle is in good condition before departure, including brakes, tire pressure, chains, etc. Wear protective gear: Wear a safety helmet and wear protective gear such as elbow pads and knee pads as needed. Planning routes: Plan the cycling route in advance, understand the road conditions and possible dangerous points, and avoid entering unknown or dangerous areas. 2. riding posture Correct sitting posture: Keep the upper body low, tilt the head slightly and stretch forward, and bend the arms naturally to facilitate the waist to bend, lower the body's center of gravity, and prevent the impact caused by the bumps of the car from being transmitted to the whole body. Grip method: Hold the grip lightly and forcefully with both hands to avoid fatigue caused by long-term tightening. 3. Speed and braking Reasonably control vehicle speed: Reasonably adjust vehicle speed according to road conditions and your own conditions to avoid danger caused by too fast or too slow. Braking skills: Try to use the front and rear brakes at the same time when braking. The front brake can be slightly advanced, but keep the direction of the front wheel consistent with the direction of the car to avoid the front wheel slipping. 4. Turning and passing corners Slow down in advance: Slow down in advance before turning, and gradually reduce the speed by braking. Body tilt: When turning, the center of gravity of the body tilts into the corner based on the vehicle, and the vehicle maintains the same tilt angle to reduce the influence of centrifugal force. Outer hand pull handlebars: The outer hand pulls up the handlebars slightly to help stabilize the body. 5. Upslope and downhill Cycling uphill: Keep normal pedaling movements and do not use sudden force. Adjust the transmission ratio according to the slope and reasonably allocate physical strength. Downhill riding: Keep your center of gravity back, relax your body, and avoid dragging the brakes all the way down the hill. Use the inertia of downhill to accelerate, but maintain control of the speed. 6. Dealing with different road conditions Inclining road: Use rolling body instead of tilting bicycle to prevent tires from slipping. Avoid accelerating on sloping roads and maintain a certain speed to glide through. Sand riding: Follow the trajectory of other mountain bikers and let the tires ride into the rutted path that has been pressed into a straight path. Use your body movements to avoid over-steering of the handlebars. Rubble area: Choose a good route in advance and try to keep the wheels perpendicular to the stones. Avoid using brakes and slide through rocky areas. 7. Physical distribution Reasonably allocate physical strength: Reasonably allocate physical strength based on the riding route and your own physical strength to avoid excessive consumption of physical strength in the early stage. Appropriate rest: Take a timely rest during riding to replenish water and energy and maintain your stamina. 8. Team riding Riding with cars: Riding with cars in groups can save energy. A team with tacit cooperation will take turns leading the ride, using the wind-breaking effect of the first car to reduce the physical consumption of the team members behind. Communication and collaboration: Communication and collaboration should be maintained during team riding. The lead car needs to use gestures to remind the following team members of the road situation in front of them. Mastering these techniques can help you perform bicycle road running more safely and comfortably. At the same time, as you accumulate experience, you can make further exploration and adjustments based on your actual situation and preferences.

What is Lorem Ipsum? Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum. Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
