About Shipping Damage

We do our best to ensure that all customers have an excellent experience, but sometimes shipping/handling and other factors may negatively impact the products we provide. We are deeply sorry for this.

If the internal parts and the bicycle are not damaged, you can install it normally. If the motor/battery/controller/frame is damaged, please take a photo and send it to the salesperson, and we will provide corresponding warranty and replacement options.

For users who purchase our products in our store and register as members, the warranty period for the motor, battery, frame, and controller is 12 months.

During this period, if there are any quality problems or damages to the above parts, we will replace them with new parts for free.
