After-Sales Type 1--Parts are damaged due to factors other than the buyer'spersonal factors:
①The buyer takes photos or videos of the damaged parts and requires the serialnumber of the parts to be captured.
②After receiving the photos or videos, the seller verifies the serial number.
③The serial number proves that it is our parts, and we will send you a new part forfree within three working days, and the shipping cost will be borne by us.

After-Sales Type 2--Parts are damaged due to any personal factors of thebuyer:
①The buyer takes photos or videos of the damaged parts and requires the serialnumber of the parts to be captured.
②The seller matches the new parts based on the serial number.
③The buyer pays for the new parts, and the seller sends the new parts within threeworking days after receiving the payment.

After-Sales Type 3--Driving failure caused by technical or operational
problems of the buyer:
①The buyer records a video and describes the cause and situation of the failure indetail.
②The seller sets up an after-sales group within 24 hours, and the technical expertsand engineers within the team will propose solutions to the failure.

After-Sales Type 4--Parts are normal,but the failure or driving problem
occurs due to improper use:
① The buyer records a video and describes the cause and situation of the failure indetail
②The seller will share the correct operation steps and parts usage rules with thebuyer
③ The buyer will resolve the fault in the correct way

Warranty Period
The warranty period for non-artificial damage to batteries, motors, frames, and controlsystems is 1 year. The seller will provide free parts and the buyer only needs to payfor shipping.

Special Attention
1 After the buyer receives the goods, if the produet is found to be damaged or faulty,please feedback the seller within 3 days of receipt (the time is based on the actua1llogistics arrival time). We will issue a targeted solution based on the specific problemwithin 1-2 working days.
② After-sales problems that exceed 3 days will not be regarded as "arrival damage".Such situations will be regarded as normal after-sales problems and will be resolvedwith reference to after-sales types 2,3, and 4.
③ For parts that exceed the warranty period, the buyer will bear the parts cost andshipping cost.
④All interpretation rights belong to the seller.

The warranty period for non-human damage to the battery, motor, frame, control system is 1 year. There are strict rules and constraints on after-sales terms to fully protect the rights and interests of customers.
